MOLDING COG is a new manufacturing process which allows to obtain a compression of the wire in its mass. The tensile strength is then more than 3 times greater compared to Cog wire. This process makes the thread more solid and prevents its breakage after the intervention by inopportune facial movements. It activates fibroblasts and helps increase skin elasticity and is more slowly hydrolyzed by the body. It combines perfectly with the other yarns of the Bijou range.
